Hi, I'm Stuart, founder of McKenzie Football Academy.
My aim is to create a positive, professional environment where young players can learn, improve and enjoy football. I believe in developing the whole player — not just their football ability, but their confidence, character and mindset.
McKenzie Football Academy was created to give young players the opportunity to receive high-quality, individual and small group coaching in a supportive environment where development comes before results.
My Vision

Coaching Designed Around The Player
Individual, small group and package sessions for players aged 6–12 across Inverurie and Aberdeenshire. All sessions are tailored to your child's needs and focused on development, confidence and enjoyment.
1-TO-1 COACHING
Dedicated personal session targeting individual ball mastery, first touch, and match confidence.
2-TO-1 COACHING
Train with a teammate. Combines individual technical skill work with competitive 1v1 game scenarios.
SMALL GROUP (3–6)
High-tempo small-sided drills emphasizing decision making, sharp passing, and match play awareness.
4 SESSIONS 1-TO-1
Progressive four-week tailored program designed to establish core technical habits and measurable improvement.
8 SESSIONS 1-TO-1
Comprehensive development cycle tackling physical, technical, and psychological football growth.
